Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Lang-age → Settings → Privacy → Delete account & data. Type DELETE to confirm. Your sessions are revoked and personal data is scrubbed immediately under our PDPL process (completion within 72 hours).
Request deletion without the app
Submit the form below with the email on your Lang-age account. We verify ownership and delete the account. You can also email [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7988 958486 with subject “Account deletion request”.
Data we delete
Account profile (name, email), authentication sessions, learning progress tied to your user id, speaking/writing practice artifacts linked to your account, and notification preferences.
Data we may retain
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you, records required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention, and organization-owned roster data managed by your employer/school (contact your org admin for those records).
